The Athletic Body Team gives you access to an intelligently designed strength and conditioning program that will build the strongest, leanest, most athletic version of yourself while giving you access to a coach (me) and a community (your new teammates) that will help to push you along the way.
As the coach of the team, my programming focuses on all variations of the most effective compound movements; Squat, Deadlift, Press and Pull, to enforce a progressive overload training plan that will build strength, build muscle and burn fat.
I use unilateral accessory work to fix muscular imbalances and I use plyometrics and core work to improve your speed and coordination. The conditioning touches on all energy systems and is designed purposefully to balance hormones and compliment the strength program. For less than $1/day, and a lot of hard work along the way, you can expect to look and feel like a lean, strong, capable athlete!
Sarah Scholl is a former Georgetown University track and field All- American, a Professional athlete, Strength and Conditioning Coach, metabolism and health specialist, and has a Masters degree in Sport Psychology. Sarah placed 25th in the World in the CrossFit Open in 2016. She qualified individually for Regionals 8 consecutive years, before qualifying for the CrossFit Games in 2017 and 2018.
