The Athletic Body Team gives you access to an intelligently designed strength and conditioning program that will build the strongest, leanest, most athletic version of yourself while giving you access to a coach (me) and a community (your new teammates) that will help to push you along the way.

As the coach of the team, my programming focuses on all variations of the most effective compound movements; Squat, Deadlift, Press and Pull, to enforce a progressive overload training plan that will build strength, build muscle and burn fat.

I use unilateral accessory work to fix muscular imbalances and I use plyometrics and core work to improve your speed and coordination. The conditioning touches on all energy systems and is designed purposefully to balance hormones and compliment the strength program. For less than $1/day, and a lot of hard work along the way, you can expect to look and feel like a lean, strong, capable athlete!

Train Like an Athlete
We will be lifting heavy, using a progressive overload with variations of the main compounding lifts like Squat, Deadlift and Bench. Everyday we will be working on unilateral accessory work and strict gymnastics to correct imbalances, and we will be sprinting and jumping to develop speed, power, and explosiveness every single cycle.

As a professional athlete, coach, nutrition expert and sport psychologist, I bring a lot to the table when I create your training plan and I will be here to guide you along the way.

Sarah Scholl is a former Georgetown University track and field All- American, a Professional athlete, Strength and Conditioning Coach, metabolism and health specialist, and has a Masters degree in Sport Psychology. Sarah placed 25th in the World in the CrossFit Open in 2016. She qualified individually for Regionals 8 consecutive years, before qualifying for the CrossFit Games in 2017 and 2018.

Is Sarah really programming for the Team?
Absolutely. I'll be creating the training myself and I'll be on the Team's message boards making sure I'm answering questions and coaching you along the way.
Who is the programming for the Athletic Body Team designed for?
The Athletic Body is for anyone committed to training 5 days per week. It's for those that don't simply want to "workout" but instead want to get real results. This is for anyone willing to put in the work to get stronger, leaner, faster, and look & feel like an athlete again, or for the first time!
How long will each training session take?
You should expect to train for 60 minutes per day.
How do I go back to the beginning of the training cycle?
You're jumping into the training right where the rest of the team is. You might have missed a couple of days of training & that's okay! It's more important to train with your new teammates. We're in this together & it gives me (your coach) a chance to coach you & the rest of the team along the way.
