The Athlete Foundation Program is all encompassing workout program providing (speed, training, recovery) as well as monthly educational videos discussing hot topics in the athletic performance world (sleep, nutrition, showcase prep, recruiting).
The goal of this program is to introduce, educate and guide athletes along their athletic journey.
This program is written for the hardworking, process oriented athlete.
Each week has 2 planned workouts and a recovery session. Both training days are full body training days. The first training day of the week is a total body: lower body focus geared (strength day). Day 2 is a total body: upper body focus. Day 2 should be performed at-least 1 day away from competition. The recovery day is an optional session to help promote body movement, blood flow and light weight higher volume exercise to help promote recovery.
