How long is the program for?
The entire program covers 7 months. So this is strictly for athletes who are serious and committed to a long term plan.
Is the program good for beginner or advanced athletes?
Both, we will focus on foundational movements and training strategies, which benefit most athletes out there.
Am I able to make changes to the workout?
Absolutely! The training plan is designed to give you guidance and structure as well as be adaptable to you your life, schedule, and day to day stressors.
How do you make your programs?
As an American football athlete, you need a combination of the following: Strength, power, speed, conditioning, change of direction and agility. So every workout is centered around that idea developing these specific qualities for everyday function and performance.

It's made with the inspiration of an American football athlete, but is beneficial for any serious committed person who is looking to train like an athlete, and to maintain athletic qualities.
