Both, we will focus on foundational movements and training strategies, which benefit most athletes out there.

Absolutely! The training plan is designed to give you guidance and structure as well as be adaptable to you your life, schedule, and day to day stressors.
How do you make your programs?
As an american football athlete, you need a combination of the following: Strength, power, speed, conditioning, change of direction and agility. So every workout is centered around developing these specific qualities for performance.

It's made with American football athletes in mind who are looking for a complete offseason training plan to follow. But with that said it's beneficial for any serious committed person who is looking to train like an athlete, and to maintain athletic qualities.
