Whether you are still competing, a retired athlete, or an individual seeking to optimize their physical capabilities, this guided and structured training community is designed for you. The objective of this training group is to assist in optimizing your athletic attributes in the weight room with a regimen that fosters consistency, delivers outcomes, and promotes long-term training sustainability. Enhance your power and muscle definition. Boost your speed and strength. Emphasis is placed on strength, mobility, plyometrics, and sprinting. The programming in this group will rotate through 8-12 week training phases to achieve maximum results. By joining this community, you'll have unrestricted access for inquiries. Additionally, you'll benefit from the collective support of our community, as we all collaborate to enhance our skills, expand our knowledge, and evolve.

Hops, Skips, Jumps, Lower body and Upper body Plyometrics are all emphasized to enhance your ability to perform athletic tasks. This is one often neglected area of many individuals training. If you like doing things that require you to run, jump, throw and swing things - you need to practice and improve those qualities.
