As a First Responder, I am someone who tends to run towards chaos and danger while many others run away from it.

I show up and put in the work, day after day, often without thanks or appreciation.

Because I know that I need to be prepared for EVERY situation I come across.

The lives of my community, my team and myself are often at stake.

Yet I am still human.

I know I need to be prepared for the job, But I also have my own selfish pursuits.

I love to compete.

I want to move better and enhance my mobility.

I want to build muscle and look good too.

And I want to pursue these things that I love without sacrificing my ability to do my job.

Yet, as a First Responder, I, perhaps like yourself, experience a unique set of obstacles standing in my way.

And no program I could find seemed to understand that I want to pursue performance in the things I love, but I ALSO need to perform at a high level for my job.

I needed to train in a way that I WANT, while still being able to train on the specific things I NEED.

And after working with hundreds of other First Responders over the years - I realized that I wasn't alone.

And this is why I created The Tactical Athlete Membership.

SPORT SPECIFIC TRAINING METHODS
Chances are, you have a goal that you are training for. The problem is that there is no single training program that will allow you to dominate all things. You want to be well-rounded, of course, but you also want to crush your goals. Improve mobility & movement, build resiliency, strength, and power so you can improve performance specific to YOUR sport while still being a well-rounded athlete.

FIRST RESPONDERS TRACKS INCLUDED
The difference is that, as a First Responder, you cannot simply sacrifice everything in order to become exceptional at one thing. Being able to run a long distance helps very little when you have to pull an unconscious partner/teammate to safety. Which is why every program will still balance the needs of a First Responder, while working towards your training goals.

ELIMINATE PAIN
ALL programs are built around scientific principles to help you MOVE better, so you can FEEL better and perform your best. You will be given 10-15 minute, joint-focused "Movement Prep" sessions to help you improve your FLEXIBILITY and STABILITY at the same time, making your body more resilient against injury and work to eliminate chronic pain from pesky old injuries.

Choose from 9 different programs: Enduro (Endurance Athletes), Fire or LEO (First Responder Athletes), MIXD or COMP (CrossFit® Athletes), Golf (Golfer Focused), Density (Short on Time), Built (Functional Bodybuilding), Primal (Minimal Equipment).

LIMITED TIME/EQUIPMENT PROGRAMS
Perhaps you are squeezed for time and/or equipment. We have 2 different programs to help you still chase performance and fitness goals... Even if that means you can only train 2-3 days a week or you only have access to a couple of dumbbells.

FAQs
Is there a contract?
Your subscription is month to month, and can be changed at any time. If you opt for the yearly membership to save money, it will auto renew each year unless you cancel it beforehand.
What If I Don't Have The Equipment?
There are options provided in most workouts for alternative movement options. Ultimately, try to mimic the movement as close as possible to what is written with what you have access to. You can also throw questions up on the team feed within the TrainHeroic app or use the client Facebook Group.
What if I have an Injury?
First of all, we will never go against what your medical professional directs you on. However, we also believe movement is medicine. If a specific movement causes pain, throw a question out to the coaches. Alternatively, working closely with a coach in Individual Program Design may better suit you.
How Much Coaching Do I Get?
When it comes to online coaching, you get out what you put in. If you are looking for feedback on your technic, have questions or want to get a little more out of your training, throw a question up within the app on the team feed OR ask a question in the Facebook Group.
What if I Am Short On Time?
If you are short on time and cannot commit to 60 minute workouts 4-6 days per week, you have 2 options: 1) You can follow the DENSITY program which gives you 2 mandatory training days and 3 flexible training days. So as long as you can hit 2 you're good; or 2) You can follow any ACCESSORY program
