This program is designed to close a gap in the strength and conditioning industry. We always make sure athletes are big and strong but overlook the ability to move properly through full range of motion. I often hear athletes talk about having to relearn how to perform certain skills in their sport because of injuries or mobility issues.

By taking extra time in their week to put dedicated focus into mobility athletes will begin to notice these problems diminish allowing them to MAXIMIZE their potential in sport by being able to move more efficiently in competition.

Why join this team? As a former National Champion powerlifter, I operated by simply lifting heavy all the time with little to no focus on anything except for that. By 22 years old I was SO broken that I was unable to lift weights at all for nearly 6 months, and had to start from scratch after 9 years of training. The drills in this program come from experience having injuries and mobility roadblocks. My goal is to help athletes avoid the mistakes that I have made countless times in my own life and career by giving them simple drills that they can perform to keep their joints strong and moving as well as possible.

Feel Better
How many times have you woken up the day after competition or the day after training, sore and in pain and not wanting to do anything? Putting consistent focus into your mobility allows your body to function at a higher level, and allows you to move more efficiently. This ensures that you feel better after hard sessions and are ready to push yourself harder in training and competition.

Reduce Risk Of Injury
Injuries can often come from inefficient movement in sport causing extra pressure on joints / muscles that are not built to take it. Although we can never prevent ALL injuries, by spending time improving your mobility and your movement patterns in training and sport you will reduce your risk of these injuries occurring, allowing you to compete harder and train harder.

Train Harder For Longer
Improved mobility leads to more efficient movement patterns in both training and sport, which allow you to put more effort into training without fear and with reduced risk of anything going wrong. If you can train harder for longer without needing additional time off, you will be able to put more time into your training, allowing you to push to higher and higher levels.
