These programs are designed by Dr. Alex Webster (DC), who has over a decade of experience working with high performing university, amateur, and professional athletes.

Who is this program for?
This program is for people who want to incorporate a strength and mobility program that compliments their swim/bike/run training to improve their performance on race day, stay well rounded, and improve their physical resilience.
What if I don't have access to a gym?
The goal of this program is for you to be able to do it at home, with as minimal equipment as possible.
What if I want a personalized strength & mobility program?

What if I want to utilize a full gym?

What days should I do these workouts?
These workouts are structured so that they should not take away from your ability to swim/bike/run. The goal is that these workouts can be done on a training day or on their own day.
