Who is this Training for?
This program is designed to development Strength, Power, Mobility, and Flexibility. It has the dancer in mind but doesn't require your skills as a dancer. As long as you're willing to move your body and become a better human overall.
I'm new to Training and Exercise, is that okay?
This program does take a little bit of basic understanding of fitness and exercise Movements. But we Provide detailed instructions and videos to help you through form and body positions.
