Is Jim really programming and coaching us?
I'm fully committed to you and the team, meticulously crafting every set and rep. I'll also be actively engaging on the message boards, both asking and answering questions, ensuring you receive genuine, personalized support.
What equipment will I need to do this?
Access to a gym is recommended to fully utilize the equipment integral to our training program, including barbells, dumbbells, bands, and machines.
How do I access the training?
I've teamed up with TrainHeroic to bring your training directly to you. You'll set up an account, and daily workouts will be delivered through their app, available for both iOS and Android devices. Each movement comes with video demonstrations, and I'll provide detailed instructions as well
When should I jump in?
Ideally, you should join at the start of a new cycle, which begins every 8-12 weeks. With a monthly fee of $15, I suggest signing up today. This way, you can become part of the community and settle in a few weeks before we kick off a new cycle together.
