What if this is my first time training?
We've got you covered! Designing programs that can be tailored to meet you where you're at. We offer substitutions and will help you perform at the level you're at!
Will I be able to communicate with Coach Brennan and Joshua?
Undoubtedly, we will be there to help you on your journey of strength! Available to answer all of your questions and provide continued education along the way!
How long will the AFL programs go for? And how many days a week?
Programs will range from 4-weeks all the way up to 12-weeks. Depending on the program, it can require 3-4 days of training!
