Some workouts may be difficult, but it's those days that you don't want to go to the gym when you dig deep within yourself, and awaken something that gets you where you want to be. The key is to continuously challenge yourself to see progress and to never give in to the easier path. Become comfortable being uncomfortable, have discipline, and what you want will fall into your lap.
