FAQs
Who is APEX for?
APEX is for intermediate to advanced trainees - current athletes, former athletes, washed up meatheads, etc. - who are willing to train hard and get after it in the gym in order to get strong, build muscle, drop body fat, and become a powerful athlete.
How many days per week is the program?
APEX is designed to be performed 4-6 days per week, with four primary days and two optional days. However, APEX is designed so that it can work as a “move-at-your-own-pace” program, so you can easily customize it to your schedule as needed.
How long do the workouts take?
The lifting sessions shouldn’t take any longer than 60-80 minutes to complete. The optional add-on sessions may vary a bit more, generally ranging between 30-60 minutes depending on what you're doing that day.
What equipment do I need?
As long as you have access to the basic equipment available in most commercial gyms, you should be fine. If any issues DO pop up, there are plenty of alternatives to just about every exercise that should keep you covered.
Can I do this if I didn't do the original APEX program?
Definitely. This isn't a next-step-after-the-original program thing where you need to earn the right to join; it's more of a "what's next" continuation of the original APEX program.
