Hello and welcome to my team group program!

This is a work along program where I share everything that I'm doing in the gym.

The program is really fun, and there is a lot of focus on the shoulders and arms.

Everyone can run the program, but its mostly suited for males!

You have to be able to workout at a gym, or else this program is not suited for you.
