Swim and sports performance coach with experience working with a variety of levels and sports including youth, high school, NCAA, and Olympic athletes. Received his Master’s Degree in Exercise Science from Arizona State University where he completed his thesis on strength training for swimmers, which has since been published in the Journal of Swimming Research.
