This program requires a GYM, commitment and women who understand that building a body is a progressive process

You will be trained 3-4 days a week

You will be training heavy

You will be doing squats, lunges, hip thrusts, deadlifts, and leg press

Can a beginner do this program?
This program can be done by a beginner trainee, but it does require proficiency in the classical compound exercises. If you have never done a squat or squat, this program would be too overwhelming
How advanced do I need to be?
if you have been training for at least 6 months, you should be able to do the program
How do I follow the program
