I designed this program to help athletes handle and excel at the demands of youth through high school sports.
Being a girl dad has made me especially aware of how important it is to build a foundation of strength and speed early on. As kids develop sport-specific skills at younger ages, their physical preparation often lags behind — leaving gaps in movement quality, durability, and overall performance.
This program bridges that gap. It focuses on the three key pillars of athletic development outside of sport-specific training:
Strength – building stability and resilience through proper movement patterns.
Power – learning to produce force quickly and efficiently.
Speed – developing efficient mechanics to move faster and react quicker.
Think of it like a sports car analogy: The athlete is the driver — responsible for skill and decision-making. But the car still needs horsepower and solid components. Without the engine and structure to support performance, even the best driver can’t compete at their full potential.
The goal of this program is to help each athlete become a stronger, faster, more confident mover — so their skills can shine when it matters most.
