WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR?

If you have any training experience, I strongly suggest you start with this program.

This strength program is foundational. It is practical, and it is used to rapidly go from weak, de-conditioned, or untrained to a strong well-conditioned strength athlete using linear progression. You will lose fat training with this program.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT

We will be using this high intensity, low volume strength training program three days a week. Accessory work and steady state cardio is 100% optional.

You will need to prioritize your calories using protein, get proper sleep and prioritize recovery. I will make calorie and macro recommendations.

If you follow the program correctly and consistently, you will experience significant strength and hypertrophy gains.

TIME COMMITMENT & FREQUENCY

45- 60 minutes on average per day. 1 session, 3x per week. Daily LISS is highly recommended.

EXPERIENCE LEVEL

Beginner to Advanced. Everyone should do this program at least once., everyone.
