New to weightlifting? We have a developed a program designed to guide you through the basics to ensure that you learn proper technique fo all olympic and strength movements.
Each week on Sunday the program will be posted.
This program includes 5 training sessions per week. Each session will take 1 hour - 1 hour and 15 minutes to complete.
What to expect?
Most of the beginner program will set the goal to PR technique. We are a technique driven style of training methodology. We use Pulls and Squats to build the necessary strength in the body while we focus on training technique in the olympic lifting movements.
