The Alaska Strongman Series Program was built through a collaboration with other gyms around the state and a passion for growing the sport of Strongman. Northside Athletics in Fairbanks, Anchor of Iron in Anchorage, and Anvil of Crom Power and Strength in Soldotna have come together to provide a great series of Strongman competitions that will travel you across the state for great events, people, and competition. This program was built with the purpose of preparing athletes for each competition as they come. Whether you are new to Strongman or a veteran, this program takes athletes through a full prep, culminating in competing at the Anvil of Crom 2023 and 2023 Northside Classic competitions. This program is designed to bring you the best possible opportunity to compete at your best on competition day.

FAQs
Can I use this program if I’ve never competed before?
YES. This is especially helpful for you! It will build a great foundation for event work and competition day performance.
What if I don’t have all the equipment in the program?
You can modify to an implement you have, or you can ask the coach for an alternative by letting us know what you do have.
Can I do this in a home gym?
Yes and no. If you have the equipment and space to workout it could work, but event specific training should be conducted as you are able to. Northside Athletics in Fairbanks, Anvil of Crom Power and Strength in Soldotna and Anchor of Iron in Anchorage have event implements for training.
