3 day/week Olympic Weightlifting program involves the main lifts, lift technique primers, daily accessory work, pre session warm up, and post session cool down.
All 1-hour sessions offer pre session warm up, post session cool down, and are provided with a work to rest ratio.
This option is ideal for all levels of athletes requiring flexibility to other fitness routines or busy lifestyles.

JJ Maillet
JJ comes with 10+ years' experience as an Olympic Weightlifting athlete having competed at the provincial level of Canada with multiple competition podium finishes. JJ also comes with 15+ years' experience as a coach, specializing in strength conditioning and Olympic Weightlifting.
