Each month we develop a new AFIT GRIT high-intensity training experience designed specifically for female athletes who are ready to elevate their game and dominate their sport. Built on the pillars of strength, conditioning, and intentional recovery, this program delivers the complete blueprint for unlocking next-level performance—both on and off the field. Across four progressive weeks, athletes will build a stronger, more powerful foundation with targeted strength training that enhances explosiveness, stability, and full-body athleticism.
Conditioning sessions are programmed to sharpen speed, endurance, and mental toughness, ensuring athletes can compete hard from start to finish. And because elite performance requires smart recovery, AFIT GRIT includes mobility work, active recovery days, and guided techniques that support joint health, reduce soreness, and prevent burnout. Every workout is crafted with the demands of the female body in mind, focusing on proper mechanics, injury prevention, and long-term longevity in sport.
