Four gym days a week, 45-60 minutes, for lifters who want to look strong and keep training for decades.
Each session pairs one or two progressive strength lifts with a circuit or steady-effort piece and a short pump superset, then finishes with breathing work to bring you down. Strength lifts stay 2-4 reps shy of failure, so you build every cycle without beating up your joints. An optional Saturday aerobic session builds the engine that keeps you going.
✓ 4 main workouts per week ✓ 1 optional aerobic session ✓ 6-week cycles: find your numbers, build, lighter week, test ✓ The Longevity Test every 6 weeks ✓ Video and swaps on every exercise
Built for dads and grown-up lifters with a year or more in the gym and a full commercial or garage gym.
Train with purpose. Sculpt with intention. Welcome to Aesthetic Longevity.
Warm Up
A
Today’s warm-up is designed to unlock shoulder range, activate stabilizers, and prep your nervous system for explosive pressing. We’re not just getting warm — we’re building better movers. 2-3 Rounds A1) Banded Shoulder Dislocate (10 reps): Opens up the capsule and creates space in the joint for smoother overhead motion. A2) Shoulder CARs (5 each direction each side): Control, isolate, and strengthen your full shoulder range with slow, precise circles. A3) Half Kneeling Bottoms-Up KB Press (10/side): Fires up rotator cuff, grip, and scapular stabilizers — essential for pressing under control. Move with focus. The goal is to create stability and mobility before loading, so your shoulders are ready to perform under intensity.

Longevity Finisher: “The Wall Test”
E
Accumulate 2 Minutes in a Wall-Facing Handstand Hold Every Drop = 10 Wall Slides Time Cap: 8 Minutes This is your shoulder integrity check — a test of control, stability, and focus under fatigue. You’ll accumulate 2 total minutes in a wall-facing handstand hold, the gold standard for overhead positioning and core alignment. But here’s the twist: every time you come down, you’ll immediately perform 10 wall slides — a mobility drill that reinforces scapular control and shoulder health. Finish strong. This isn’t about brute force — it’s about owning your position, staying composed, and building bulletproof shoulders for the long run.
Warm Up
A
This warm-up builds mobility, control, and activation across the hips, knees, and ankles — setting you up for a powerful and safe training session. 2-3 rounds: A1) Shin Box to Stand (6/side): Opens hips through internal/external rotation while firing the glutes and creating dynamic control through the lower chain. A2) Tempo Goblet Squat (5s down x5): Reinforces squat pattern, builds eccentric strength, and activates the core and quads with slow, controlled descent. A3) Single-Leg Bridge Hold (20s/side): Fires up the glutes and hamstrings while stabilizing the hips — a must for strong, safe bilateral and unilateral lifting. Move with intention. This prep isn’t filler — it’s where performance begins.

Ankle & Hip Armor
D
Stability Finisher: Bulletproof the Foundation 3 Rounds (Move with control, not speed) D1) Single-Leg Calf Raise + Tibialis Raise x15 each D2) Hip Airplanes x5/side D3) Jefferson Curl x10 reps (light load) This final sequence targets the often-overlooked stabilizers that protect your ankles, knees, hips, and spine. It’s not flashy — it’s essential. D1: SL Calf Raise + Tibialis Raise x15 Perform all calf raises on one leg, focusing on a full range of motion and control. Immediately follow with tibialis raises (heels on the ground, raise toes toward shins) to strengthen the front of the lower leg. This duo enhances ankle control, balance, and injury prevention. D2: Hip Airplanes x5/side Stand tall on one leg, hinge at the hips, and open/close the torso slowly like an airplane wing. This high-level stability drill trains glute medius control, pelvic alignment, and single-leg balance — vital for efficient gait and athletic performance. D3: Jefferson Curl x10 Using a light barbell, kettlebell, or dumbbell, roll down slowly one vertebra at a time, loading the posterior chain and improving spinal mobility. Keep knees soft and movement smooth. It’s spinal flossing — and your back will thank you. Take your time here. These aren’t accessory movements — they’re your armor.

Verified Athlete"As someone who’s trained in high-level environments, I thought I’d seen it all. This method rebuilt my physique, unlocked strength I didn’t know I had, and made training exciting again. It’s the most complete approach I’ve ever followed."

Verified Athlete"I’m 55 and have been lifting for over 30 years. I’ve tried every program out there and even worked with a few coaches, but nothing really stuck — until now. With Chris, I’m finally seeing consistent progress again. This approach just works."

Hard Working Dad
Verified Athlete"Training with this system has been a game-changer. The layout is simple, every movement has a clear demo, and support is always there when I need it. For the first time, the programming actually feels dialled in for me — not just another cookie-cutter plan."
