You must be pre-conditioned to weight-bearing, robust and have a good understanding of physical training.
This program has taken a cross section of workouts from front line operators to create a dedicated program. We will not hold your hand, you should be able to make sound decisions and adjustments to suit you.
A high level of physical fitness is required prior to using this. As an absolute minimum, you must:
Run 5km in under 25 minutes.
Run a distance of 6 miles.
Have regular exposure to heavy load carriage.
