Unlike generic programs that throw workouts together, our training is structured into three strategic performance blocks that build on each other to maximize results.
Phase 1: Build the Body (Hypertrophy) We start by building the foundation. Athletes increase lean muscle mass, strengthen connective tissue, and develop the structural balance needed to handle heavier loads later in the program.
Phase 2: Build the Strength (Strength) Once the base is built, we focus on maximizing absolute strength. Athletes learn to produce more force through heavy compound movements, giving them the physical advantage needed in competition.
Phase 3: Build the Explosion (Power) Strength only matters if you can use it quickly. In the final phase, we convert that strength into explosive power, speed, and athletic performance through advanced power and athletic training.
This structured progression ensures athletes get stronger, move faster, and perform better when the season begins.
