This program is designed for adults who want to look, feel, and perform like athletes—without having to live in the gym. Whether you're a former athlete, a weekend warrior, or simply someone serious about taking control of your health, this program gives you the structure and science-backed training to get results.

Built on the same principles used to train professional athletes, this program combines strength, hypertrophy, conditioning, mobility, and recovery into one seamless system. You’ll improve body composition, build lean muscle, increase endurance, and reduce injury risk—all while gaining the strength and confidence to move through life at your best.

FAQs
How long is the program?
The program works in 4 week cycles. Meaning the lifts and movements will change every 4 weeks. Built on a progression to yield the best results to you.
Where can I workout?
Anywhere you want that has a full weightroom and space to conduct the speed and plyometric portions of the sessions.
I haven't worked out in a while, is this for me?
This program is made for advanced adults or people who have been training for a while and are looking for more specific guidance on their programming. Contact me for beginner programs.
What do I do on the days where there are no sessions?
There are built in days for rest and recovery. This is where the physiological adaptations occur. Try your best to get 8+ hours of sleep and eat a balanced diet. Off days can also be used for lower intensity sessions such as walking or yoga.
How long should each session last?
Each session should last 60 minutes or less. Tempo is paramount for these workouts. Taking proper rest breaks is crucial, but scrolling your phone for 15 minutes between sets won't get you the results you are seeking.
