Is this program suitable for beginners?
Yes, if you have a basic understanding of Wheightlifting. It’s ideal for intermediate CrossFitters and weightlifters looking to refine their Snatch, Clean & Jerk. All loads are based on percentages, so you’ll always work at your level with a focus on long-term progression and technical consistency.
Do I need a lot of equipment?
No. You only need: An Olympic barbell Bumper plates and fractional plates A safe space or lifting platform Optional: resistance bands, dumbbells, or blocks may be helpful but are not required. The program is designed to work in both CrossFit boxes and traditional gyms.
Can I follow Achilles Corner alongside my CrossFit classes?
Achilles Corner is structured around 30-minute sessions, 3 times per week, to fit before or after your CrossFit classes. Volume is controlled to avoid burnout and complement general CrossFit training with focused, specific Olympic lifting work.
