Of course it's me. All programming will be done by me and you'll see me on the message boards involved with the community.
Sure you can. But guarantee you won't want to.
You'll create an account and your training will be delivered via the easy to use TrainHeroic app (both iOS and Android)
New blocks of training will be issued every 12 weeks...so I'd recommend getting yourself involved ASAP to get to grips with it all here.
