FAQs
Who are these programs designed for?
Adults who want professional coaching and structured programming without spending hours trying to figure out what to do each day.
I'm new to strength training. Can I still do this program?
Absolutely. Every program is built around fundamental movement patterns and can be adjusted to your current experience level. Each exercise has a video demonstration and comes with guidance and cues to help beginners.
How long do the workouts take?
Most strength workouts take approximately 45–60 minutes. Some conditioning and recovery sessions are shorter.
How many days per week do I need to workout?
This program includes two strength training days along with one conditioning, mobility, and recovery session throughout the week. The strength sessions are the priority. Getting daily movement like walks and low intensity, steady state cardio can easily substitute for most of our conditioning.
How often do the workouts change?
Programs are built in four to five week training blocks. Each block introduces new exercise variations while continuing to build upon previous progress.
