Functional strength training. Monday’s focus is upper body strength, Tuesdays are upper body circuits followed by auxiliary exercises, Wednesday’s focus is lower body strength, Thursdays are lower body circuits followed by auxiliary exercises, Fridays are upper body strength, and Saturdays are geared around mobility and core.
