Programming 4 days per week
Our training blocks will typically be 4 days per week, with back to back training days followed by a rest day.
Movement Demos
You'll find that each movement that I'm prescribing in the training has a demo video. The days of you guessing what to do and how to do it are over.
Detailed, expert instruction
Beyond just the sets and reps, you'll get the exact guidance you need to execute the program perfectly. From tempos, to RPE, to rest times, I got you.
