FAQs
What if we don't have the exact machine or handles you use ?
Every machine/exercises has substitutes that we can find. Make sure you list what machine/exercise you cant do in our community, and we will recommended our substitutes. Same goes for handles and variations.
Does 5-TVC Training promote fat-loss?
5-TVC Training is not a fat-loss program but a growth program. However, more muscles will promote more fat-loss in the long run. Our fat-loss program "Cut like diamonds" will be coming out soon.
Does your program include cardio?
Sometimes we will prescribe cardio depending on the phase of the program. (Ex. We will add cardio sessions before a heavy growth cycle to ensure you have the cardiovascular endurance to handle intense working sets)
Do you demonstrate form and technique?
Yes, we have added personalized videos with demo's on how to perform every exercise with detailed instructions on form/tempo/angles/variations. You also get 2 form checks in our community every month.
What should we do if we miss a workout, or a week of working out?
Just get back on it! Don't try to hit records right from coming back and try to ease into our programming phase by reading and seeing where we are in the program.
