I've been in the industry for 15 plus years now, and I understand that not everyone can afford 1 on 1 coaching. I wanted to make a lower cost option to work with me available to you so that you can receive the necessary structure for your training that will be enable you to amplify your potential for results.
THIS IS NOT 1 on 1 coaching. Without addressing nutrition and other lifestyle habits (which is what I help with in my 1 on 1 coaching), you are not guaranteed results. To get the most out of this training program, make sure to address your nutrition, sleep, stress management, and hydration habits.
The best and most direct way to improve your body composition, aka see more visible muscle mass and less visible body fat, is by adopting THIS progressive overload style training plan. The key variables for results are making sure your form is excellent, you're controlling the weight properly in both directions, and you train as close to failure as possible.
You'll get access to 4 training options each week, with an at-home and gym training program for a 3-day or 4-day split.
