Kelly and I coach have put together a 30 day weight loss and body composition challenge!

Starting April 1st, Entry fee is only $40 which includes weekly check ins and an hr group booty class every Saturday!

We encourage for you to talk with us and build a bad ass community! However, If you don’t live in the ABQ area we will provide access to our online app where we will upload the video from Saturday’s booty class.

This app also Includes where you can see exercises, how to have the right form, workout videos, sets, reps etc.

Not only that but we are offering a group chat via whatsapp with a meal plans, this group chat also encourages contact with us, support, answering questions, sharing struggles, goals, sending food ideas, asking concerns, etc etc!!

To top it off the winner takes home $300 cash prize!! We are excited to have you on board! Let’s get sexy!!
