Life can get busy and unpredictable at times. Because of that, it can be easy to just give up on trying to have a consistent workout routine. You may find yourself some days in a rush, unable to make it to the gym, only having one or two pieces of workout equipment, or nothing to work out with at all other than your body weight.

When you join the 20 Minute Fit Club, you will have a workout ready for you five days a week regardless of what equipment you have available.

This is perfect for people who travel a lot, are on a constant time crunch, or just want a good well rounded supplement to their current workout routine.

The workouts will have a constant focus on strength, stability, flexibility, and stamina. Even if you are a seasoned gym goer, you will find the exercises and workouts are beneficial with your functional fitness and mobility.

Nearly every exercise shown in each daily workout will have optional modifications depending on what you have available to work out with that day.

All fitness levels are welcome. Let’s get moving!
