Do I need to be an elite athlete or have experience to join?
Not at all. While the standards are high, the programming is scalable. Whether you are a competitive athlete or someone just starting your fitness journey, the focus is on personal progress and mastering the basics. If you have the drive to improve, you belong here.
What equipment do I need for the programs?
Most programs are designed for a standard functional fitness or commercial gym setup (barbells, dumbbells, pull-up bar, and basic cardio machines). If you are training with limited equipment, let me know—we can tailor your program to ensure you still get the results you're after.
How does the TrainHeroic app work?
Once you sign up, you’ll receive an invite to join my team on TrainHeroic. You’ll be able to view your daily workouts, watch movement demos, log your scores, and message me directly. It’s like having a coach in your pocket 24/7.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, I believe in the value of the work. If the program isn't the right fit for you, you can cancel your subscription at any time through the app settings. No hidden fees, no stress.
