We're quite familiar with the long hours, the toll that winning or losing has on your stress levels (and sleep) throughout a long-season, and all that comes with coaching high-level athletes.
Funny enough, we sometimes find ourselves empty and depleted, unable to perform at our best.
We know we can't serve from an empty vessel and that's why we cam together and created The Coach's Coach.

Megan Young is the Performance Coach for the Seattle Sounders. She is a lifelong learner of optimizing for human performance, health, and welfare. With over 15 years of high-performance experience, she’s applied these areas of expertise in various roles including Strength Coach and High-Performance Director spanning collegiate athletics, and women’s and men’s professional soccer.
Corey is the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Phoenix Suns. Prior to the league, he was the Director of Basketball Performance at Stanford University. In his time on The Farm, he has revolutionized in-season strength training for collegiate student-athletes, with a method that is now internationally recognized.
Daniel is the founder of Guzman Performance and a leading Performance Coach for soccer athletes around the world. Over the past decade he has coached athletes at The Los Angeles Football Club, The United States Men’s National Team and The Los Angeles Galaxy. His methods have helped both healthy and injured athletes across multiple sports improve their performance.
