The Kratos Flywheel by Kabuki Strength is a first of its kind all in one training platform. The Kratos uses a variable eccentric load which allows you to train for power, hypertrophy, and metabolic conditioning. The ease of adjustability keeps you constantly working to make your time in the gym efficient and effective.

The Kratos Foundations program was design to be an all in one training solution utilizing the Kratos Flywheel. This is a total body training program where you will have the opportunity to train for max strength, hypertrophy, and metabolic conditioning. Training sessions will be short and intense but never stale. This program was designed to be a complete stand alone or it may be added to the program you are already doing. Because sessions are geared towards total body training you will have the flexibility to move any single session to any day you choose.
