My sister, Anna Kate, and I partnered up on this project. Hence the name, AK-47 (I let her name it). This is the same 4 week program I put her through with adjustments in order to make it the best product possible. Great for female athletes looking to start their off-season workouts or for women who want to train like athletes.

AK-47 is a 5 day per week program consisting of a speed day, two upper days, and two lower days. It's purpose is to improve your athleticism by increasing your strength and power with clear assessments:

Absolute Strength - Back Squat, Overhead Press

Relative Strength - Pullups, Pushups

Power - Broad Jump

Explosiveness
Jumps, sprints, and med ball throws to increase rate of force production. The plyometrics (jumps) will allow you to jump higher and become more explosive. The sprints are strategically dosed to enable you to confidently return to sprinting if you have not done so while still enhancing your overall speed. The med ball throws will increase overall power output.
