Increase Acceleration & Quickness
Producing more power allows you to accelerate more aggressively. Eccentric training allows you to decelerate into change of direction better. Get in and out of cuts faster, run the court, take it to the house. Have more fun playing with more horsepower and better brakes.

There is no substitute for some good old fashioned hypertrophy! This program is a perfect blend of lower body springs and an invincible upper body. You will intelligently add muscle mass to a more athletic frame.
