We have found that during pregnancy and childbirth, the pelvic floor experiences increased pressure and stress The weakening of these muscles can result in various issues, such as urinary incontinence (leakage of urine), pelvic organ prolapse (when the pelvic organs drop into the vaginal canal), and reduced sexual satisfaction.

This 40 week program aims to empower mothers throughout their journey by offering safe, effective, and tailored workouts to support their physical well-being and pelvic floor. We prioritize safety, focusing on exercises that can help strengthen the core, pelvic floor during pregnancy and childbirth.

This isn't a lose your belly quick or set new PR's program. This program is designed to slowly modify and adjust as our body grows. You are beautiful and your new body is beautiful. Embrace it.
