Elevate your performance in the ring this season with our 16-week comprehensive, throws specific, strength and power program. Specifically engineered for high school discus and shot put athletes, this curriculum bridges the gap between technical skill and physical capacity, providing the structural foundation necessary to generate maximal force and velocity. This program is broken down into 3 distinct phases, all directing you towards a more dominant out-door season this year!

In the throwing world, raw strength is only useful if it is explosive and transferable. This program moves beyond generic "bodybuilder" splits, and instead focuses on movement quality, sport-specific strength, stability, and power required to dominate the discus and shot put. Whether you are looking to maximize your force production or simply build a more durable body for the long season, this 16-week plan provides the exact roadmap you need to unlock your full potential.

Move Better, Throw Better
Maximal strength is not going to cut it. Being a better overall athlete is what is going to take you to the next level. This program prioritizes movement quality and mobility to maximize your athletic ability.

Low Hanging Fruit
For most high school throwers, building strength and explosiveness is much easier than most "influencers" are trying to make you believe. This program is designed to push you through progressive overload while continuing to track your progress and get you to the absolute best results possible. The app automatically tracks training performance as well as training maxes.

Explosive Power
Being a thrower is much more than just being strong. You have to be explosive! This program is specifically designed to help you build that explosiveness coming into your outdoor season. With weighted sprints, sleds, medball throws, and olympic lifts, you will come into this next season with a new sense of power output!!
