Stickhandling & Footwork Coordination Guide

8 sessions built to sharpen the connection between your hands and feet — the foundation of elite stickhandling.

Each session has its own focus: balance, lateral and linear quick feet, top hand skill, agility with a plate, resistance work with a mini band, and more. All 8 are stand-alone — no fixed order, no progression required. Pick a session based on what you want to work on, repeat your favorites, or work through all 8 at your own pace.

Built for players at any level. Beginners: focus on clean, controlled execution. Advanced: push tempo and intensity within the same structure.

Sets and work time are specified for each exercise — designed to fit into your routine in 20–25 minutes per session.
