FAQs
Do I have to have access to a gym to do this program?
You do not have to, but it is recommended. You will get the most out of this program if you have access to a full gym. However, it is possible to do with just barbells, dumbbells & a bench. We can help come up with modifications if you do not have access to machines.
How long do the workouts take?
Gym workouts take anywhere from 45-80 minutes! They can be even faster if you don't sit and scroll mindlessly in between sets!
How long do I have access to this program for?
Once purchased, you will have lifetime app access to the program!
Who is this program for?
Intermediate/Advanced Lifters who are looking to improve their overall strength & transform their physiques!
What if I miss a day?
Have no fear! Workouts can easily be moved and adjusted based on your schedule!
Is this program percentage based?
Yes, this program IS percentage based meaning you find your one rep max and use the prescribed percentages in the program for your four main movements (squat, bench, deadlift & OH press)! If this isn't your type of training, we would recommend checking out the spring sculpt program!
What if I need to make a substitution?
We have substitutions listed in the pdf, plus you can always email zach@bodyfitbalance.com for substitution help! It is super easy to make a substitution within the app for your training session. You go to the exercise you want to modify, click the three dots in the upper right hand corner & "swap".
Are home workouts included?
We are SO glad you asked! Each gym program we offer comes with the home workouts for FREE! Once you sign up, you will receive an email with the access code to the home program PLUS a downloadable pdf e-book that has a TON of helpful info about the program in it!
What equipment is needed for the home version?
All you need is a pair of dumbbells! Workouts are super quick & efficient - perfect for my busy mom's, teachers, healthcare workers or students! Workouts can be completed in under 30 minutes!
What if I don't know how to do an exercise?
Have no fear! Each exercise comes with a demo video as well as detailed cues/tips on how to perform! If you still have questions or are unsure, please email us: support@bodyfitbalance.com :)
Is there nutrition advice included?
Within the PDF that you will receive via email upon purchasing, there are tips for cutting, tips for bulking, supplementation advice, how to calculate & adjust your macros & reasons as to why you aren't seeing progress. We also include a daily goals checklist as well!
