The “BUILT” 8 week functional physique program is designed to add muscle to your frame and and developing your most ideal athletic physique. It focuses on higher rep execution of the major barbell lifts with a rigorous supplementation of muscle focused accessory movements. The program follows a 4-day per week training split.

Perfect For: Adding muscle, de-loading from a strength focus, improving your physique, looking better

Equipment Needed: Squat Rack, Barbells, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Cable Machine, Flat and Incline Benches, Bands. If you lack access to cable machines and incline benches, modifications will be provided for you.

Clear Daily Goals
Each workout features a main lift, followed by a superset of accessory movements, finished with a single 10x10 burnout "pump" finisher. Easy to follow, highly effective.

While the program requires access to a full gym, we are narrow in focus and won't have you wandering all over the gym each day, waiting in long equipment lines, or any of the other frustrations that often accompany globo gyms.

Evidence-Based Program Design
Each day follows a specific training split featuring only proven rep schemes. Monday is the lower body squat day with an anterior focus. Tuesday is the upper body pull day with a posterior focus. Thursday is the lower body hinge day with a posterior focus. Friday is the upper body push day with an anterior focus.
