It's intimidating to go to the gym, especially when you have no idea what you're doing. Our program is purely bodyweight and is made to keep you challenged in the comfort of your own space!

Even if you're not new to working out, this program provides a great 4-week block that'll still keep you challenged!

This program includes:

  • Fitness assessments

  • 4 strength sessions a week, and 1 cardio session

  • Movement prep and cooldown movements
