You know the one. Strong. Lean. Powerful. Muscular. Athletic.

This program isn't just about the look of a superhero; it's about the function. Yes, you will build muscle with this program, but you'll also learn how to move explosively.

If you want a body that performs as good as it looks, then this is the program for you.

It's 4 lifting days per week (2 full body push days and 2 full body pull days) with 1 scheduled day of cardio.

This is not a beginner program. You must have a solid training foundation in place before starting this.

Superhero jacked utilizes a variety of equipment and training styles to develop a well-rounded physical skill set. If you want to turn your body into an ass-kicking machine, start here.
