Archery is a sport enjoyed by many. However, it is not a sport without it's injuries. As an archer and Doctor of physical therapy I saw a gap, a need that was in the archery world. I had seen many shoulder injuries in my practice and have known many archers that have to either delay their season, drop poundage, or even give up archery all together. That's why I put together this program. In an attempt to keep those archers that are healthy shooting and the help get those that are experiencing pain back in the field!
