I'm super excited to finally share my 8-week program with you! I have worked on this program for quite a while, and after having both my athletes and myself testing it out for some time, I can finally say: It's ready! I won my last National Championship title, with a top 3 best ever total/sinclair result, after following this program, and also had one of my athletes win the 96kg Serbian National Championship title after following it for a year!
If your aim is to get strong, progress your Olympic lifting skill and proficiency, and to hit some new PRs, you're in the right place. You should expect a training program that is equal parts simple and challenging, taking a no nonsense approach to your training.
This program is not for everybody though, and if you don't have the fundamental movements down, or someone that's not willing to put in the work to train for an hour each day, 5 days per week, then this program might be a bit much. However, it doesn't matter if your numbers aren't at a competitive level yet, this program is still suitable for you!
