The Volume Monster program was born from the need to train like a monster, but with a methodical method of doing so with ample recovery. In my years of powerlifting, I was always known for the amount of volume that I could program and recover from, and the truth is, you too, can train like this.

This program is a blend of powerlifting and bodybuilding, also known more commonly as powerbuilding. We use big exercises for strength (squat, bench press, deadlift) and bodybuilding based exercises and programming for size and conditioning.

Get the show with the go, while training like a monster AND being healthy.

It can be done. And more importantly, I can ensure you that this programming will also be some of the most enjoyable training you've done. You'll look forward to hitting the gym every day.

In this particular 12 week phase, you'll get training five days per week, with a well rounded approach to all areas of strength and size. This is a phenomenal phase to run while trying to gain weight and strength but leave no stone unturned.

FAQs
Who Is This For?
This program is for anyone with a fair amount of strength training knowledge. If you're looking to get bigger, stronger, stay healthy, but train freaking HARD, this programming is definitely for you.
Can I Do This In A Commercial Gym?
While it would be ideal to be training in a good, hardcore training facility, if you're in a standard commercial gym, you can 100% get this done. I give you options to substitute in case you don't have a specific piece of equipment.
What Days Should I Train?
I currently have the program set up for a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday training schedule. But you can certainly make this work for a M-F option.
When Can I Start?
NOW! But really, you can start whenever works best for you and the program will start when you're ready. This is a 12 week program, so ensure you have a solid 3 months you can commit to the program to get the most from it.
