FAQs
Who is this program for?
Both the experienced runner and intermediate to beginner. Whether your looking to add some muscle mass as a runner or looking to become a better runner as a beginner this program is meant to help you in your journey.
What should I expect in training?
The workouts are challeneging but doable. They are meant for you to scale up and improve week in and week out. Phase 1 (1-4 weeks) is more focused on base building and Phase 2 (weeks 4-8) enhances those skills you gained from the first phase.
How much communication will I get with a coach?
Weekly! You can expect weekly emails to check-in on your progress and useful tips to help you stay on track and keep you motivated throughout the entire 8 weeks!
